REACTOR is an EN 355 shock absorber suitable as a basic element in a fall arrest system. The wide range of combinations of elements in the system will allow you to find the right solution for your specific application.

  • the shock absorber is designed to safely catch users in the weight range of 50 kg to 150 kg
  • ideal for workers on structures, ladders and brace masts
  • the base material of the shock absorber is HMPE with two sewn red polyester eyes
  • a fall indicator is sewn onto the shock absorber to allow easy control of activation
  • the maximum active length is 150 cm
  • the shock absorber bag is made in a moulded polyester fabric cover secured with Velcro
  • for easy connection of the lanyards to the shock absorber, we recommend the RINGO openable ring /K7002/ or the appropriate connectors EN 362
  • for connection to the full body harness we recommend the OXY BC triple lock carabiner /K0123/ or other suitable EN 362 connectors
  • available in a basic length of 20 cm (eye-to-eye) and a custom extended length of 40 cm for applications where a flat shape is important
  • before use, it is necessary to check the safe distance under the user's feet, which depends on the weight of the user, the height of the anchor point and the length of the fall arrest system
