In accordance with EU Regulation 2023/988 on General Product Safety (GPSR), we offer consumers the opportunity to contact us if they suspect that one of our products may be unsafe, or if they wish to report an accident or incident related to its use.

In your message, please include:

• the product name and code (as stated on the label or packaging)
• a description of the issue or reason for the complaint
• in the case of an accident, the circumstances and any injuries sustained
• your contact details for a response
