Take a look at SANDSTONE, a Czech documentary climbing film by Petr Kašpar and Petr Piechowicz, introducing a unique and historic climbing area in the Broumovsko region, northeast of Bohemia, Czech Republic.

In 2012 at IMFF Teplice nad Metují the documentary won "best documentary" and "audience award".


The film authors chose substantial routes of individual decades and contemporary climbers Jitka and Luboš Mázl, Dušan Stoupa Janák and Stráník brothers are introducing them. Bohumil Sýkora and Tomáš Čada, the local legends, accompany the film. Both of them have written an inseparable part of sandstone climbing history.
