What do you enjoy about working at heights?
Solving access problems, views, people, freedom.

How did you start with work at heights?
I like rock climbing and when I didn't know what to do after university, working at heights was the obvious choice for me.

What is your favourite workplace (or favourite type of work)?
Any rope access job is great – well, if it is paid properly and if there is a good partner. My favourite is probably blade inspections on wind turbines.

Other interests?
Family, climbing, ski mountaineering, travelling.

The most impressive working experience?
Working offshore at wind farms was very interesting for me. Sleeping on a vessel during storms, often rough boat transfers to the turbines and working in clear, calm weather with stunning views. What an experience.

Plans for the future?
To stay free, achieve my dreams, and just be at peace.

Work at heights in 100 years?
There won't be any. Robots will fly everywhere and do everything.
