37th International Mountaineering Film Festival in Teplice nad Metují

142093Another year has passed and again at the end of August comes the International Mountaineering Film Festival in Teplice nad Metují, Czechia. This year the event takes place on 27th - 30th August 2020.

In addition to films, there will be a rich accompanying programme in the park and the main square, concerts, bouldering contests, climbing competitions and more (The full programme will be released soon).

As usual, we have prepared fun activities and competitions on our crack simulator and bouldering wall. You can look forward to the competitions CRACK and SPEED BOULDER. Come to fight for valuable prizes from our production.

Got interested in bouldering? Would you like to try it or fill your free time? Do you want to see how it works? Come to the park (next to the football pitch) from Thursday till Saturday and try it. TRIOP climbing shoes freely available...
(Parents are responsible for their small climbers.)

On Sunday at 12:00 come and take part in our SPEED BOULDER competition, a bouldering relay of three-member teams. Each member of a team traverses along our bouldering structure using specified holds. The fastests teams win SINGING ROCK climbing gear ;-)

SINGING ROCK CRACK


Crack climbing is the part of sandstone climbing and SINGING ROCK has probably created one of the world’s first mobile simulators of crack climbing with an adjustable crack width.

On Friday from 14:00 to 15:30 there is the CRACK competition for valuable prizes. Climbing in climbing shoes and gloves. Belaying by TR. The fastest time is measured. The fastest 4 men and 4 women get to the final duels. Besides, you can try the crack climbing simulator situated in the park (next to the football pitch) from Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00. Top Rope belaying, harnesses and crack gloves can be borrowed.
