What do you enjoy about climbing?
What I like most about climbing is the combination of physical and mental challenge. It’s a sport that requires a lot of effort and I like that feeling of having to give your 100% in every attempt. At the same time, it’s very important to control your head very well to stay focused, and that requires that you have to know yourself very well. Besides, being in nature and getting to know different places and people is something incredible.
How did you start with climbing?
I started climbing as an extracurricular activity with my friends on a small climbing wall at school. But, my father was a climber for many years and I used to go rock climbing with him since I was little. The truth is that I started climbing thanks to his motivation!
Other interests?
I really like traveling and getting to know different places.
Favourite climbing area?
Catalonia in general (mainly Margalef, but also Siurana, Santa Linya…)

I would like to travel around the world with my friends, trying world reference routes that motivate me.
Climbing in 100 years?
I think that climbing is going to be a sport that will evolve a lot over time. There will be many advances in different areas and more and more people will start climbing, becoming a more known sport.
