Lenka Zemánková

Lenka began her journey at Singing Rock in the 1990s as a manufacturing worker assembling products at the original factory in Semily. Despite having just graduated from a secondary economic school, she decided to take the opportunity that was available at the time – that's simply how the '90s in Czechia were. She brought extraordinary diligence and reliability to the company, traits typical of a true girl from our local Krkonoše Mountains (Giant Mountains).

Thanks to these qualities, she soon became the head of the assembly department and led her team with natural authority. Although her career was twice interrupted by "mandatory" maternity breaks, she never lost touch with the company. Today, she applies her experience and skills as a production planning specialist for the manufacturing plants in Semily and Poniklá.

Lenka is living proof that with diligence, determination, and loyalty, it's possible to grow and contribute to a company's success – whether you work in the workshop or in the office.


"I joined Singing Rock a year after finishing school, just for a while, until I found something better. I started as a worker in outgoing quality control, later I was promoted to supervisor there, then came a position as a production buyer, and currently I focus on planning and confirming production orders. So new challenges kept coming, and that's what I enjoy.

I like sports – gym workouts, HIIT, jumping rope, cycling, running, hiking. I spend a lot of time with my kids, and at the moment my son attends a climbing club, so he uses our equipment and we can talk about climbing together."
