Dáša Fišerová

Dáša joined the company in 2003 in the assembly workshop and quickly became an indispensable part of the team. Her extraordinary carefulness, which is key for checking and assembling Singing Rock products, has elevated her to the role of assembly workshop supervisor.

She stands out with her almost motherly approach to her team – she tackles problems with perspective and humor, even though it's not always easy given the huge responsibility on her shoulders. After all, it's about checking products that people's lives depend on.

She draws her energy and optimism not just from her work, which she does with a smile, but also from her role as a loving grandma. Dáša is living proof that carefulness, humanity, and good spirits are the foundation of a well-functioning team where people love to work.

"This is my 23rd year at Singing Rock. And why? It's a job that I've enjoyed since day one. I was born with a joy for working with and communicating with people, and here I’ve been given a great opportunity to be part of a team of truly wonderful folks.

It's hard to say which harness has passed through my hands the most, since I'm at the very end of the production process where every piece gets checked and packed. My eyes have inspected and my hands have packed countless items, and I hope there are plenty more to come. I'm proud of every product born in the company that we complete as a team. It brings me joy when a few parts turn into something awesome that helps people in sports or work.

In my free time, I recharge in nature the most. Forest walks and wandering through the outdoors – that's the best. My hobbies include outings, occasional cycling, and above all, family."
