Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby give your consent to Singing Rock, s.r.o. registered office Poniklá 317 registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File 36256, Company ID: 03741044 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), in order to comply with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) ('the Regulation') processed the following personal data:
   • email address
2. The e-mail can be processed with your consent and must be processed in order to send a business or other offer. This data will be processed by the Administrator for 2 years.
3. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending (e-mail: info@singingrock.cz) or by letter to the company contact details:

4. The processing of personal data is performed by the Administrator, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:
   • webProgress, s.r.o., ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o.
     
   • Or other providers of processing software, services and applications, which are not currently used by the company.
5. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right:
   • withdraw consent at any time,
   • require information from us about your personal data,
   • request a copy of the processed personal data,
   • request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or require processing restrictions,
   • require us to delete this personal information,
   • data portability,
   • if in doubt about the lawful processing of personal data, file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
