Daniel, Jana and Lukáš
Here is the next part of our series of mini profiles featuring people who work at SINGING ROCK. Daniel is a toolmaker and adjuster in metal fabrication, Jana assembles hardware products, and Lukas is the head of our training centers for work at height.
Daniel Krobot
When you work with someone who has a positive attitude toward both work and life, everything just goes more smoothly. And Dan is such a case, our true "jack of all trades". He helps bring new products into production, operates classic milling machines and lathes, adjusts presses and drills, and, most importantly, is always ready to lend a hand and help. Dan is a cheerful and positive person who can be thoughtful in his work. That's why he is a great asset to Singing Rock.
"When I see Singing Rock products somewhere, especially the ones that come directly from our workshop in Sudkov, I feel proud to be connected to them. As a toolmaker and adjuster, I set the production parameters for almost all of our metal products. Together with her colleague Petra, Jana makes a perfectly coordinated duo that "rocks" the assembly department. If you use one of our metal products, there is a high chance that it has passed through Jana's hands. And that's a good thing, because Jana is meticulous and hardworking, an employee we can't imagine our assembly dept. without. When you add to that her kind nature, you can probably understand that working with her is a pleasure.
"Since my job is to assemble products and their output control, almost everything from our hardware production passes through my hands. These days it will be all sorts of pulleys, ascenders, and ice axes.My biggest hobby is gardening, but I don’t really come across our products there. Unless I decided to use one of those ice axes as a hoe… but that would be a shame!"🙂
Lukáš Neklan
Lukáš is the head of our POLYGON Singing Rock training centres for work at height. He’s like the ever-shining sun on the horizon of Singing Rock. This guy sees the world in colors that others don't even know exist. A tree climber at heart and soul, musician, trainer, sailor, and when he has a moment off, he spreads his energy in all directions.

I am very happy about the Arbo Master harness that we developed with Kairat Rachmetov for tree climbers.
